Q: Why Consider purchasing from eProductSales Wings?
A: When you buy from the Original Artist eProductSales, you are buying High-Style, Comfort, Quality and Wings that are useable for a LifeTime. Each pair of wings will be unique and an Original Work of Art. All of our Wings are 100% Authentic Editions created by the Original Artists.
Q: Do you take Custom Orders?
A: We are concentrating on our eProductSales Wing Collection. We occasionally take custom orders as time provides, during peak Rush Seasons we cannot take Custom orders. If you desire changes to the color and size of our Original Designs, you can send an email HERE and we can see how we might be best able to work with you. Due to our busy schedule, our order book is full and does not allow us to accept Custom work. However if their is a particular style you are looking for, we might be able to find the perfect pair for you.
Q: What are the Wings made out of?
A: The finest Feathers, or Iridescent Fabric we can get our hands on. We put a lot of time and work into our Wings to make them Original, each pair will be unique and all are an Original Work of Art.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes!! We love shipping internationally, and have shipped many pairs successfully without any problems. We ship Via USPS Intenational Express Mail Only as it provides Tracking and insurance.
Q: Do you combine shipping on orders?
A: Yes, We love to combine shipping on multiple orders. Please keep in mind that some of our larger sets require their own box and cannot be combined with other Wing Sets. Their is a 1 Week additional wait time for each additional pair, Please let us know if you have a timeframe you are trying to meet and we can work with you where possible.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Wing Preparation usually takes 5 weeks Wing Preparation time, not including shipping time. Wing preparation is scheduled by payment clear date, and once payment is complete and cleared wing preparation begins. Approximate time for Wings in your Hands is 6-7 weeks. We provide for In House Rush which will require additional fees.
Q: How much time in advance of my event should I should the Wings?
A: We recommend ordering a minimum of 6 weeks ahead of time for Mission Critical Items in the United States. Internationally we recommend ordering 2 months ahead of time. If you have a timeframe, we also recommend selecting Express Mail and providing your Timeframe in your Payment.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: eProductSales Wings are uniquely handcrafted by the original artists. Each pair of wings will be unique, no two pairs of wings will be exactly the same, and all are an Original Work of Art. Due to the nature of our product, All sales are Final.
