Question: Why Consider purchasing from eProductSales?
Answer: When you buy from the Original Artist, you are buying an One of a Kind Artwork; which means High Quality, Style, and Comfort. With the Proper Care you should be able to use them on many occasions. Each pair of Wings will be unique and an Original Work of Art. All of our Wings are 100% Authentic Editions created by the Original Artists.
Question: Do you take Custom Orders?
Answer: We are focusing on our Original Collections at this Time. However if their is a particular style you are looking for, we might be able to find the perfect pair for you. Custom Work Starts at $500.
Question: What are the Wings made out of?
Answer: Feathers, Fabric, and Design! We focus and create each piece through Concept, Illustration, Model, and into a completed Piece of Art.

Ordering and Shipping
Question: Do you ship Internationally?
Answer: Yes!! We do ship Internationally, and have shipped many pairs successfully without any problems. We ship Via USPS International Express Mail Only as it provides Tracking and insurance.
Question: Do you combine shipping on orders?
Answer: Yes, We love to combine shipping on multiple orders. We also offer a discount for multiple purchaes! Please keep in mind that some of our larger sets require their own box and cannot be combined with other Wing Sets.
Question: When can I expect my order to arrive?
Answer: Standard Preparation usually takes 5 weeks Wing Preparation time, not including shipping time. Wing preparation is scheduled by payment clear date, and once payment is complete and cleared wing preparation begins. From there it depends on the shipping you selected at time or purchase.
Question: How much time in advance of my event should I should the Wings?
Answer: We recommend ordering a minimum of 6 weeks ahead of time for customers within the United States. Internationally we recommend ordering 2 months ahead of time, due to customs and International Delivery of items. If you have a Timeframe you are trying to meet, please let us know; and we can work with you where possible. We also recommend selecting Express Mail and providing your Timeframe in your Payment.
Question: What is your Return Policy?
Answer: Each pair of Wings is uniquely handcrafted by the Original Artists, and no two pairs of Wings will be exactly the same, and all are an Original Work of Art. Due to the nature of our product, All sales are Final.
