Any and all publishing and reproduction rights are reserved solely by the artist. Our Designs are not to be re-distributed, copied, imitated, or misappropriated in any way.

Terms of Sale

1. We Reserve the Right to Cancel your Order at any time for any reason.

2. We Reserve the Right to Extend Preparation Time due to Supply, Availability, Seasonal Fluctuation and Scheduling.

3. We Reserve the right to Confirm Shipping Addresses, and/or ask for additional Postage Costs if the item is returned back to our Studio.

Terms of Purchase

1. eProductSales Designs are Copyrighted, and hold all Publishable rights. By Purchasing from our Studio you are not buying the rights to the Design.

2. As our Pieces are One of a Kind Handmade Creations, All Sales are Final.

Limitation of Liability

eProductSales Handcrafts and creates One of a Kind Wearable Artwork and Design services, thus our liability is limited to the cost of your order including delivery charges. All our pieces are sent fully insured to the cost of your order by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or other reputable couriers. If you require insurance then you must inform us of this in writing before you place your order then we can amend your order with this information and advise you of the additional premium to be paid.
